theres a cd shop in marina square called Earz - the used cd shop
they buy and sell used cds, as well as sell some new ones. can sell your cds as much as $2, depending on cd condition. used cds sell for around $8
not sure abt Gramaphone but Cash Convertor buys cds for 50cents.
