Round the clock security - There's a police station next door

Near MRT - Yeah, that's if you drive there

Competitively Priced Units Available - The leftover units that nobody wants to buy

Next to MRT - So close you can hear the train rumble by every 5 mins

Next to schools - So close you can hear the kids playing during recess and the lesson bells from Mon - Fri. Nice.

Shopping near by - We're actually refering to that convenience store at the petrol station down the road. That's it.
